We ship from Canada to Canada and the United States.
PROCESSING
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Personalised and engraved pieces take longer — the product page tells you how long before you order.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Canada: 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
United States: 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates given by our carriers, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and peak periods can add time. A delay in delivery is not grounds for cancellation once a parcel has been dispatched.
TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email when your parcel leaves us. Please allow 24 hours for it to become active.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES — UNITED STATES
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you paid. They are your responsibility as the importer of record.
We cannot predict these charges, and we cannot refund them. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we refund the items minus shipping and any fees incurred.
WRONG ADDRESS
Check your address before confirming. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If a parcel comes back to us, we can reship it once you pay shipping again.
LOST OR STOLEN
If tracking shows delivered but you have nothing, contact the carrier first, then write to us at hello@tryruva.com within 14 days. We will help you open a claim. We cannot be held responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
RISK
Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us.
