30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition as received

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@tryruva.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong piece, contact us immediately at support@tryruva.com — we’ll make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because each piece is handcrafted and inspected carefully, certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original piece and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.
