These terms govern your use of tryruva.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site, you accept them.
WHO WE ARE
RUVA is operated by Mohamed-Essedik Chebli, based in Quebec, Canada.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation of shipment, not before. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is unavailable, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Handmade and hand-finished items vary slightly from one to another, and colours differ between screens. These variations are part of the object and are not defects.
PERSONALISED PIECES
Engraving, initials, and custom stone choices are made to your instructions. Check your spelling before ordering: once production has started, personalised pieces cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned unless they are faulty.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RUVA name, logo, photographs, texts, and designs belong to us. You may not copy, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through it.
WHAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
We provide the site as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUVA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or country.
CARE
Fine jewellery is not indestructible. Avoid perfume, chlorine, and impact. Damage caused by wear, accident, or improper care is not a manufacturing defect.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of [PROVINCE] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes belong to the courts of [PROVINCE], unless the law of your own country gives you the right to sue where you live.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
